What intake manifold does the Full Length 12-Injector Fuel System need?

It is designed for an R35 fitted with the AMS or the Boost Logic 12-injector intake manifold, each of which carries a second bank of six injectors. The T1 Full Length 12-Injector Fuel System supplies the rails and crossover plumbing for that layout. Cars keeping the factory manifold suit the 6-injector versions.

Why choose full length lines over the factory fuel lines?

T1 Race Development recommends its OEM line systems for cars under roughly 1,400 wheel horsepower on ethanol, because those kits reuse the factory lines. The full length kit removes them and runs -08AN feed and return lines from the tank, so it is the version to choose when a build is aimed past that point.

Are injectors included with this T1 fuel system?

No. T1 Race Development offers Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS, ID1300-XDS, ID1750-XDS and ID2600-XDS injectors with US-Denso plug and play connectors as separate purchases. The secondary injection harness that drives the second bank is also separate, and it works with standalone ECUs such as MoTeC, Syvecs and Pro EFI.

What filter protects the injectors in this kit?

The kit includes the Injector Dynamics F1250 filter and its bracket, mounted off the factory brake line manifold in the passenger front fenderwell. It meets the Bosch OE specification for fuel injector filtration, which matters because large XDS injectors are some of the most expensive parts in a big power fuel system.

Who should install the T1 complete fuel system?

T1 Race Development advises that fuel system work be done by a qualified mechanic on a cool engine. The factory lines come out of the chassis first, and T1 publishes a full installation guide. Removing the battery, battery tray and passenger front fender liner makes routing the new lines much easier.

Description

T1 Race Development GT1R Full Length 12-Injector Fuel System for R35 Nissan GT-R

T1 Race Development’s GT1R Full Length 12-Injector Fuel System for R35 Nissan GT-R is the second generation of T1’s Complete Fuel Solution for cars on a 12-injector intake manifold from AMS or Boost Logic, and it replaces every factory fuel line between the tank and the engine. T1 has been the sales and support side of Injector Dynamics from the start, and the kit shows it: -08AN feed and return lines, filtration to Bosch’s injector standard, and plumbing that arrives labeled and ready to route.

Design and Performance

Ethanol power needs far more fuel than the factory lines were built to carry. The full length kit runs -08AN feed and return lines from the tank along the underside of the car on GT1R fuel line clamps to the engine bay. There the secondary rail becomes the first rail in the system, the banks cross over in the center valley, and a Fore F2i regulator mounts to the firewall. Every line is labeled and heat-sleeved where needed.

About T1 Race Development

T1 Race Development was founded in Texas in 2005 by Tony Palo, whose 2000 Acura Integra GSR became the first eight-second front-wheel-drive street car before the shop turned its attention to the Nissan GT-R. T1 went on to become the first to exceed 230 mph in the half mile in a GT-R and the first to make 2,400 whp from the VR38DETT, and it now develops engines, drivetrain parts and complete builds for the R35 GT-R, Lamborghini Huracan and Audi R8.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
