What makes the Racing MONO6 TA Big Brake Kit for RZ34 different?

Three things set the TA apart from the standard Racing MONO6: no external fluid pipe, a 3D-cut surface to help it cool, and stainless pistons that keep pedal feel consistent when hot. Endless also rates the TA body at 110 percent of the original rigidity. The rotor and pad shape on this Big Brake Kit for RZ34 are the same as the standard Racing MONO6 kit.

Which pad compound comes with the kit?

Endless Japan lists SR01, MX72 and MX72 PLUS for the Racing MONO6 TA and supplies MX72 if nothing is specified. MX72 is a semi-metallic street and light track pad rated from 50 to 700 degrees C. Tell us how the car is used and we will advise on the choice.

Why do the rotors have Tufram-coated bells?

Endless coats the aluminium bells on its TA kits with Tufram, which it says holds adhesion and resists corrosion better than anodising at circuit temperatures. The bell is the part that carries the rotor ring, so a coating that survives heat cycles keeps it looking and working as it should.

Will this kit fit behind factory wheels?

Plan on checking. Endless gives 18 inch as the minimum for the Racing MONO6 TA and notes that most factory wheels will not clear its calipers. We can check your specific wheel against the Endless template before you commit to the order.

Is the Endless Racing MONO6 TA kit a direct bolt-on?

It bolts on with the supplied brackets and lines, but Endless notes that most installations need the brake backing plate cut or bent for clearance. The system is bled with DOT4 or higher fluid and then bedded in, so allow for a proper installation by a brake-competent shop.

Description

Endless Racing MONO6 TA Front Big Brake Kit for RZ34 Nissan Z

Endless’s Racing MONO6 TA Front Big Brake Kit for RZ34 Nissan Z is the most developed front kit Endless lists for the car. The TA body is forged as a monobloc, then 3D cut over its surface to shed heat, and the external fluid pipe of the earlier Racing MONO6 is gone, so there is nothing outside the caliper to crack and leak. Stainless pistons hold their feel as temperatures climb, and Endless rates the body at 110 percent of the original Racing MONO6 rigidity. It runs a 370mm x 34mm E-slit rotor on a Tufram-coated bell. Buy it if the Z lives on track.

Features

Pipeless forged monobloc caliper with an internal fluid path
3D-cut caliper surface for heat dissipation

About Endless

Endless was founded in 1986, when Isao Hanazato began developing brake pads out of his own racing experience, and the company builds its friction material, rotors, calipers and brake fluid in Saku City, Nagano. It has run its own team since 1991, in the All Japan F3 Championship and the Mirage Cup, and by 2017 had supplied brake fluid to Formula 1 for fifteen consecutive years. The pads supplied in each kit are Endless compounds, so caliper and friction material come from the same company.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
