Supersprint’s Valved Rear Exhaust for F90 BMW M5 is the right and left rear muffler section for the S63M V8, with valves in the rear and outlets for a Supersprint tailpipe set. It is one of the few F90 parts Supersprint registers for every version of the car: the 2018 to 2020 M5 and M5 Competition, the later cars with the particulate filter and the M5 CS. The valves give the car a quiet setting for a cold start and a loud one for a fast road, which is the right balance for an M5 that is driven every day. It needs a tip set to finish it.

Supersprint has built exhaust systems in Mantova, Italy since 1955, designing and manufacturing in house rather than assembling bought-in parts. Piping is AISI 304 stainless at a nominal 1.5mm wall, mandrel bent and TIG or MIG welded to CNC machined stainless flanges 7mm to 12mm thick; AISI 310S and Inconel come out where thermal load is highest, and catalyst hardware comes from HJS. Every application is developed against a baseline measured on the AWD MAHA dynamometer in Mantova, which is why the catalogue is model specific rather than universal.

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
