Supersprint’s Downpipes with Sport Cats for G8X BMW M2 / M3 / M4 are a right and left pair for the turbo outlets of the S58, carrying Sport Cats on a metallic substrate and supplied with a threaded bung for the oxygen sensor. Unlike most of the Supersprint G87 range, this is one part number across the S58 cars: Supersprint registers it for the G87 M2, the G80 M3, the G82 M4 and the S58 Alpina B3 and B4. That matters to an M3 or M4 owner reading this page, because the part number is the same. It is the most expensive single section in the range, and the one to buy for Sport Cats at the turbos rather than further down the system.

Supersprint has built exhaust systems in Mantova, Italy since 1955, designing and manufacturing in house rather than assembling bought-in parts. Piping is AISI 304 stainless at a nominal 1.5mm wall, mandrel bent and TIG or MIG welded to CNC machined stainless flanges 7mm to 12mm thick; AISI 310S and Inconel come out where thermal load is highest, and catalyst hardware comes from HJS. Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
