Even with the 911 GT3’s elite motorsports pedigree, regulations and external pressures forced compromises on primary tubing length, runner diameter, and merge collection efficiency — compromises that come at the cost of sound and power. SOUL’s approach starts at the factory headers, the most impactful place to address restriction on the 991 GT3 platform. The upgraded headers are built around large-diameter, free-flowing catalytic converters with optimized cast flanges and runners, amplifying the system rearward and delivering a proper emphasis on the flat-six’s intended sound character. The 5-axis CNC-machined billet head flanges provide a more efficient transition from exhaust ports into the runners while adding extra strength in a high-stress area, reducing the risk of cracking under repeated hard use during track days.

Each set is built from mandrel-bent 0.065-inch T304L stainless steel tubing with a premium SOUL-designed 300-cell catalytic converter featuring a custom-specced precious metal catalyst coating and triple metal matrix core. Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse.
