The BMW G20 M340i and G22 M440i are serious performance platforms that arrive from the factory with an FLCA that uses a large rubber bushing; a bushing designed for ride compliance, not for holding precise front geometry under the lateral loads these cars generate with performance tires. Lowering the car makes it worse. The front roll center drops further below the center of gravity, body roll increases, camber moves outside the range where it’s optimizing tire contact, and the factory eccentric offers limited adjustment to compensate. The SPL Parts FLCA G2X addresses all three geometry problems in one arm. Camber adjustment is handled through SPL’s Double Adjuster with the 360-degree rotating clamp; lock the setting with a single allen key, no jam nuts. Roll center correction is managed through the included stackable 304 stainless steel spacers in 1/8 and 1/4-inch sizes; dial in the roll center height for the car’s actual ride height rather than the height it was designed for at the factory. Track width adjustment is also built into the arm; the G2x platform shares the geometry advantage of moving the front stance slightly wider, reducing outer front tire loading and increasing available peak grip.

Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse.
