Eventuri Gloss Black Carbon Charge Pipe Set for F8X BMW M2 / M3 / M4 Competition

Eventuri expands beyond its acclaimed intake with a precisely engineered set of carbon charge pipes, developed as a deliberate complement to the system. After months of focused R&D, the design meets and surpasses Eventuri’s internal standards while directly addressing common shortcomings seen in existing charge pipe solutions on the market.

Fitment

• Eventuri notes that many aftermarket charge pipes suffer from poor fitment—interfering with the engine cover, preventing proper seating, and in some cases contacting the hood. Some designs also create clearance conflicts with aftermarket intakes. By engineering its charge pipes in rigid, precisely molded carbon fiber rather than silicone or generic metal, Eventuri controls geometry within the tight packaging space, achieving OEM-like fitment with an improvement in overall flow.

Flow Quality

• Eventuri applies its intake airflow expertise to the new carbon charge pipes, translating lessons in fluid dynamics into smoother transitions from the turbo outlets to the charge-cooler. The geometry minimizes turbulence through carefully controlled curvature and cross-sections. Despite tight packaging, internal volume is increased, reducing restriction so the turbos operate with less effort and deliver greater performance.

Strength

• Eventuri acknowledges that the OEM plastic charge pipes are prone to failure over time, particularly on tuned vehicles operating at higher boost. To address this, Eventuri employs a cross-directional carbon layup with multiple layers to achieve a 2 mm wall thickness, delivering exceptional strength suitable for high-horsepower use. CNC-machined stainless steel reinforcement rings are embedded at the clamp interfaces to help the pipes retain their shape under high clamping loads and sustained pressure.

Carbon Fiber Chargepipes

• Eventuri’s charge pipes are fabricated from high-temperature pre-preg carbon fiber, using multiple layers with cross-directional weave patterns to increase structural strength. Machined stainless steel rings are embedded at each opening to reinforce the clamping zones. The geometry features smooth bends and tailored reliefs to maintain an efficient flow path for pressurized air from the turbos to the cooler. By eliminating sharp corners and exposed faces, the system allows the turbos to operate as intended with OEM-like behavior.

CNC Machined Turbo Flanges

• Eventuri connects to the turbo outlets via CNC-machined flanges that retain the OEM O-ring for a proper seal. Each flange is crafted from aircraft-grade aluminium and black anodised for durability. High-quality silicone couplers join the flanges to the carbon pipes, secured with constant-tension, marine-grade clamps for a robust, leak-resistant installation.
