Valve Dynamics

• With vacuum-operated valve flaps, the system’s sound adapts according to driving style and user preferences. At slower engine speeds or during steady drives, the valves maintain a closed position, giving off a deep exhaust resonance. However, when accelerating swiftly, these valves open wide, exposing the full sound range of the engine.

Engineering

• Leveraging advanced methodologies such as 3D Laser-Scanning, CAD Design, Digital visualization, and CNC tasks from their base in Germany, each component is crafted from the esteemed T309 (1.4828) Stainless Steel. Once shaped, every piece goes through a thorough manual polishing, achieving a brilliant mirror-like finish. Thorough research informed the selection of this particular metal, celebrated for its acoustic depth, lightweight nature, and lasting resilience, comparable to Inconel’s properties

CES-3 Control Module

• The backpressure-controlled exhaust valves are able to be customized by the user via the included CES-3 Control Module. This programmable control unit comes with three operating modes that can be navigated through a remote key fob.
  • Cruise: Exhaust valves open at higher RPMs
  • Sport: Exhaust valves open at lower RPMs and hard acceleration
  • Open: Exhaust Valves Remain Open
• The Cruise and Sport modes on the car can be individually tailored to allow specific backpressure margins, determining when the exhaust valves will be triggered. This offers meticulous control over the exhaust based on personal preferences and resilience of the driver.
