BRIDE designs their super seat rails to provide a high level of strength and accuracy by taking precise measurements of various full–scale cars. After a master rail is created from the measurements, mass production tools are constructed and utilized to efficiently create the rails.

A computer can also be used to design rails, but instead of entering ranges of measurements, they opt to take the measurements by hand in order to accurately craft each part, like the size of each bolt hole. This technique eliminates any extra space in the bolt holes and increases the compatibility between the frame, seat and seat rail. Nine models for reclining seats and ten models for full bucket seats are created with various purposes and applications, creating the best seat position for over 800 car models.

Utilizes Sliders Made By Faurecia Exclusively For BRIDE

• BRIDE‘s super seat rail utilizes sliders, which are a critical component, and sources these exclusively from Faurecia (France), one of the world‘s premier mechanical parts manufacturers
• The sliders, boasting 2.0mm thick upper rails and 2.3mm thick lower rails, secure in place on both the left and right sides without any rattling and offer superior strength and durability. They have a 10 mm pitch and can slide 220 mm.

• Also, BRIDE’s seats are the first seats produced in Japan to be licensed by FIA, and they provide 9 models which can be used in international races. In order to maintain and improve product quality to pass safety benchmarks and strict FIA strength tests, BRIDE conducts thorough management of its manufacturing process.
