BRIDE utilizes meticulous measurements of full–scale cars with varying shapes to craft a master rail for their super seat rails, which offer high strength and accuracy. Subsequently, they create the tools and utilize mass production techniques to create the rails for commercial use.

Using a computer to design rails is a possibility, though instead of providing ranges of measurements as the computer requires, they prefer to meticulously craft each part, including the size of each bolt hole, by taking measurements by hand. This helps to make the most of the fit of the frame to the seat rail and the seat to the seat rail by eliminating any extra gaps. For example, for both reclining seat and full bucket seat, there are nine and ten models respectively according to the model and various applications, ultimately allowing for the best seat position for over 800 car models.

Utilizes Sliders Made By Faurecia Exclusively For BRIDE

• BRIDE super seat rails use sliders, which are an important part, and BRIDE gets these exclusively from Faurecia (France), a top global supplier of mechanical components
• The sliders have been designed with strength and durability in mind, with 2.0mm thick upper rails and 2.3mm thick lower rails which lock on both the left and right sides, preventing any rattling. The pitch is 10 mm and it offers a total slide amount of 220 mm.

ASEA-Approved High Quality & Peace of Mind

• The ASEA certification of the super seat rail has been verified, making it suitable for use in motorsports activities. This product has been tested and approved by ASEA, a Japanese organization made up of motorsports companies and manufacturers and sellers of tuning parts.
