Endless Racing MONO4 Front Performance Brake System is designed for the demanding drivers who are looking for a high performance brake system that is reliable and easy to upgrade and maintain. It features four–piston monoblock calipers for increased stiffness, enhanced cooling efficiency and improved brake response. The rotors are constructed from lightweight aluminum alloy that is heat treated for increased hardness and resistance to warping. The brake pads are made of a high performance compound that ensures smooth and consistent stopping performance in any conditions. It also includes stainless steel lines that provide consistent pressure delivery resulting in improved pedal feel and response. The special design of the system allows for easy installation, maintenance and upgrades. Countless tests were conducted on the 4POT caliper version of forged and molded Monobloc Calipers to optimize them in terms of weight, durability, radiation and more. Substantial effort went into meticulously refining the details, allowing for wheels of up to 15 inches to be installed. Ultimately, this led to achieving perfection. Forged Monobloc Caliper Body

• The development of Endless‘ mono–block caliper withstanding heavy–duty pressure led to its conception. Extensive test races over a 4 year period allowed the prototype to be perfected with a body light enough to compete, yet hard enough to last the course. Specifying the piston cylinder was a highly intricate task and was accomplished using cutting–edge technology. The final touch was applied with an ultra–hard anodized aluminum coating, resulting in their never–ending pursuit of crafting high–quality products.

“E-Slit” Double Shaving Effect

• The impressive E–Slit Rotor is due to two parts: the long slit which creates curved surfaces and the E slit placed over it. By the combined action of both, the pad is held in the optimal condition. The long slit provides a smooth carving that increases braking power form the E slit for further improvement. As soon as the long slit vanishes from the rotor face and the E shape appears, it is a sign of the need for replacement. It is suggested that the brake rotor should be replaced at least once every two years, as aging deterioration – such as rust and corrosion – can cause it to be damaged over time.

Hard Anodized Finish

• The finish is anodizing, which is the ideal for race–condition usage. When aluminum is left out in the open, a hard surface develops which stops it from becoming ruined any further. This is oxidation, something likened to rust. Anodizing takes this concept a step further and creates a strong protective layer of aluminum oxide. This results in a higher abrasion–resistant finish that is better suited for track sprints than paint or powder coating.

E-Slit

• This particular rotor from Endless is comprised of four small E–slits and one long curved slit. The long slit ensures the pad is shaven smoothly and the E–slits offer increased friction, keeping the brake pads in the best condition possible. It is made from a special carbon blend, created by Endless, so as to guarantee steady friction coefficients, no heat cracks, and to produce the highest level of performance from the pads. The E–slits are specifically crafted to reach maximum shaving efficiency.

Ultra-Hard Alumite Caliper Body

• Our monoblock series employs ultra–hard alumite for the caliper body and a tough ram coat for the rotor bell housing. This combination significantly delays discoloration of the alumite, even when subjected to high temperatures during circuit racing.

Special Heat Treatment Process

• Due to extensive and extensive use, the rotor can lead to a heating of its surface and the formation of small cracks called heat cracks. To avoid this, sections of the rotor were subjected to a special heat treatment procedure to even out the structure and reduce the number of heat cracks while the rotor is under operation. This has caused the rotor to become more durable, allowing it to be used for a longer period of time without worries.

Blue Rotor Hat Finish

• To both prevent it from rusting and enhance its appearance, the bell cap has been painted blue.

About Bedding

• To get the most out of the circuit–dedicated pads and their excellent high–temperature capabilities, it is essential to first preform the activity called “bedding,” in which the pads are lightly pre–heated to prime them for hard driving.
• Competitions such as the SUPER GT, WRC and many races across Europe tend to feature the highest level of bedding.
• Prior to utilizing semi–metallic brake pads, bedding–in needs to be done correctly to ensure optimum high temperature performance and elongate the life of the pads and rotors.
• How to Bed:
  • When using a vehicle with an updated product, ensure the rotor temperature falls in the range of 400–500°C and avoid hard braking. Press start once the temperature reaches 100°C or lower and that signals the end of the process.
