• Once the model and concept are finalized, ZACOE Performance acquires an OEM vehicle and conducts an extensive 3D scanning process to generate a highly accurate digital model. Precision is paramount, as the integration of advanced inner mechanisms and bolt-on fitment requires scanning sessions that often exceed 40 hours per vehicle.

Digital Design & Testing

• With the digital model complete, ZACOE Performance designers begin by brainstorming and sketching initial concepts by hand. Prototyping
