ZACOE Performance introduces the “Meister” widebody kit for the BMW G87 M2, drawing inspiration from the iconic BMW E30 M3 EVO DTM race car. This design masterfully combines the sharp, angular aesthetics of the 1980s and the integrated widebody styles of the 1990s with modern aerodynamic enhancements. Paying tribute to a golden era of motorsport, the kit features sleek “Coke bottle” curves and prominent fenders that create a fluid, aerodynamic silhouette, amplifying the M2’s aggressive stance. A redesigned front lip and lightweight carbon fiber hood deliver a bold, striking front profile, while the substantial two-layer rear wing enhances downforce and stability for a true racing-ready appearance. At the rear, a carbon fiber diffuser ensuring the M2 not only exudes track-ready style but also delivers dynamic, race-inspired performance.

3D Scanning

Once the model and concept are finalized, ZACOE Performance begins by acquiring an OEM car and performing a detailed 3D scanning process to produce a highly accurate digital model. Using advanced scanning technology, the precise dimensions and contours of the car’s exterior are captured, forming the foundation for the design process. This stage requires exceptional precision, as ZACOE integrates advanced mechanisms and bolt-on fitment, with scanning often exceeding 40 hours per vehicle.

Digital Design & Testing

After completing the 3D model, ZACOE Performance designers collaborate in brainstorming sessions, sketching initial concepts by hand. These ideas are then refined and brought to life through computer-aided design (CAD) software, where designers shape and perfect their most ambitious concepts. Once the initial design is complete, basic aerodynamic tests are conducted using specialized software to ensure optimal performance. This integration of creativity and technology allows ZACOE to deliver exceptional sophistication, innovation, and quality.

Prototyping

With the design and testing phases complete, ZACOE Performance transitions to creating a physical prototype of the kit using ABS materials. Precision equipment, including 3D printers and CNC machines, is employed to fabricate each component. The prototype is then assembled and tested directly on the vehicle to ensure flawless fitment and functionality.

Mold-making

Upon validating the prototype and making necessary refinements, ZACOE Performance begins the production of carbon fiber molds. Each mold is meticulously crafted using the prototype, blending skilled manual craftsmanship with advanced machinery. The result is a lightweight, aerodynamically optimized carbon fiber kit that enhances the car’s performance and aesthetic appeal, showcasing ZACOE’s commitment to excellence.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario.
