• Introducing the HF-5, Vossen’s newest addition to the Hybrid Forged wheel lineup, inspired by the popular S21-01 forged model. Featuring recessed spokes and a bold Y-shaped configuration, this wheel is designed to make a powerful statement on the road.

The Flow Forming Process

• The process begins by securing a cast wheel onto the flow forming drum and subjecting it to heat. Hydraulic rollers then apply pressure to the wheel’s barrel, causing it to expand in size. The material of the wheel undergoes stretching and compression to achieve the desired width. Stretching the material of the barrel enhances the grain structure of the aluminum, resulting in a wheel that is both strong and lightweight, similar to those produced through forging techniques.
