Introducing the HF-5 Wheel, the latest addition to Vossen’s prestigious Hybrid Forged Series. Inspired by the forged S21-01 wheel, the HF-5 features sleek recessed spokes and a bold Y-pattern design, combining performance and luxury in one exceptional wheel.

The Flow Forming Process

• In the initial stage, a cast wheel is securely fastened to the flow forming drum and subjected to heat. Next, hydraulic rollers are employed to exert controlled pressure on the rim, resulting in the expansion of the wheel. In the subsequent step, the material of the wheel is carefully manipulated through compression and stretching techniques to achieve the desired width. By stretching the aluminum barrel material, a stronger and lighter barrel, reminiscent of a forged wheel, can be achieved, leading to an improvement in its grain structure.
