• Introducing the HF6-4, a remarkable addition to Vossen’s Hybrid Forged collection tailored for trucks and SUVs. Engineered with the renowned Hybrid Forged creation process, it features a selection of five predefined semi-transparent finishes and an additional set of five exclusive finishes.

The Flow Forming Process

• The wheel manufacturing process begins by securely attaching a wheel-shaped mold to the rotating flow forming machine, where it undergoes a meticulously planned heating procedure. Hydraulic rollers are then employed to apply precise and controlled pressure on the barrel, facilitating the gradual expansion and stretching of the material. Diligent techniques are utilized to manipulate and adjust the material, ensuring the desired width is achieved with exceptional precision. By extending the aluminum barrel material, the grain structure is optimized, resulting in a final composition that closely resembles that of a forged wheel.
