The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming begins by placing a cast wheel on a heated, rotating drum, where hydraulic rollers apply steady, even pressure along the barrel. This advanced process results in a lightweight, high-performance wheel barrel with qualities similar to those of a fully forged wheel.
