The Vossen HF-4T (right) in Tinted Gloss Black features a true-directional, twisted-spoke layout finished in a deep, reflective tint that highlights every spoke, cut, and pocket. Built using Vossen’s Hybrid Forged construction and completed with a flow-formed barrel, it lowers unsprung weight and increases rigidity for sharper steering response and reliable daily use. Offered in a range of diameters, widths, concave profiles, and customizable drill patterns and offsets, it can be tailored to achieve an exact, vehicle-specific stance. Pair it with the matching HF-4T (left) to maintain the proper directional look on both sides of the car.

The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming begins by securing a cast wheel to a heated mandrel while hydraulic rollers apply tightly controlled pressure along the barrel. As the barrel is progressively stretched to its final width, the aluminum’s grain structure compresses and refines, resulting in a lighter, stronger barrel with performance approaching that of a fully forged wheel.
