Built using Vossen’s Hybrid Forged process and finished with a flow-formed barrel, it reduces unsprung mass while increasing structural rigidity for sharper response and daily reliability. Available in a range of diameters, widths, and concave profiles with custom drilling and offsets, it allows for an exact, vehicle-specific fitment. For a proper directional setup on both driver and passenger sides, pair it with the HF-4T (left).

The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming starts with a cast wheel firmly mounted on a heated mandrel while hydraulic rollers apply precisely regulated pressure along the barrel. As the barrel is gradually stretched to its final width, the aluminum’s grain structure is densified and refined, resulting in a lighter, stronger barrel with performance characteristics that closely rival those of a fully forged wheel.
