The Vossen HF-4T (right) in Tinted Gloss Black showcases a true-directional, twisted-spoke profile with a deep, reflective tint that highlights every cut and contour. Built using Vossen’s Hybrid Forged process and finished with a flow-formed barrel, it reduces unsprung weight and increases rigidity for sharper response and everyday durability. Available in multiple diameters, widths, and concave profiles with custom drilling and offsets, it can be tailored for an exact, vehicle-specific fitment. Pair with the HF-4T (left) to maintain a consistent directional look on both sides.

The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming begins with a cast wheel fixed to a heated mandrel while hydraulic rollers apply tightly controlled pressure along the barrel. As the barrel is slowly stretched to its final width, the aluminum’s grain structure is compacted and refined, resulting in a lighter, stronger barrel whose performance comes very close to that of a fully forged wheel.
