The Vossen Hybrid Forged HF-4T (left) in Tinted Gloss Black is a true-directional, twisted-spoke wheel with a deep, tinted gloss finish that adds contrast and depth to every spoke and pocket, giving it a fast, layered look even at a standstill. Produced using Vossen’s Hybrid Forged construction and a flow-formed barrel, it’s built to reduce unsprung weight and increase rigidity for a sharper steering feel and dependable street use. Available in a range of diameters, widths, concave profiles, and custom-machined bolt patterns and offsets, it can be tailored for an exact fit and stance instead of a one-size-fits-all spec. For a proper directional setup on both sides of the vehicle, pair it with the matching right-side HF-4T.

The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming begins by securing a cast wheel to a heated mandrel while hydraulic rollers apply tightly controlled pressure along the barrel. As the barrel is progressively stretched to its final width, the aluminum’s grain structure compresses and refines, resulting in a lighter, stronger barrel with performance approaching that of a fully forged wheel.
