Built through Vossen’s Hybrid Forged process and finished with a flow-formed barrel, it reduces unsprung weight and increases rigidity for quicker steering response and reliable daily performance. Offered in various diameters, widths, concave profiles, and custom-machined offsets and bolt patterns, it can be tailored for an exact stance and fitment. Pair with the matching right-side HF-4T to maintain the directional appearance on both sides.

The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming starts with a cast wheel locked onto a heated mandrel while hydraulic rollers exert precisely controlled pressure along the barrel. As the barrel is gradually drawn out to its final width, the aluminum’s grain structure is compressed and refined, producing a lighter, stronger barrel with performance characteristics that closely rival those of a fully forged wheel.
