The Flow Forming Process

• Flow forming begins by mounting a cast wheel onto a heated, rotating drum, where hydraulic rollers apply consistent pressure to the barrel. This results in a wheel barrel that is considerably stronger and lighter, delivering performance advantages comparable to a fully forged wheel.
