Each VPS-2 is CNC machined to match the vehicle’s exact bolt pattern, center bore, and offset, informed by over 100 measurement points taken from the car to achieve a truly bespoke fit. Using Vossen’s proprietary forgings with added face material, the VPS-2 can be configured in anything from a subtle to an aggressively deep concave profile, combining striking visual presence with optimized spoke geometry. Offered in both Monoblock and Three-Piece formats, the VPS-2 delivers a blend of engineered artistry and tailored fitment flexibility for enthusiasts who demand premium forged performance.

Engineered Art

• Positioned between fully custom forged wheels and cost-effective cast options, Vossen’s approach delivers a balance of personalization and value. The company custom CNC machines each wheel to virtually any required bolt pattern, center bore, and offset with exceptional accuracy and efficiency.

Design

• Vossen achieves precise vehicle-specific fitments by capturing measurements from more than 100 data points around each car. Every wheel is tailored to the exact make and model for which it is intended.

Concave Profile Flexibility

• All Vossen Forged wheels are machined from the company’s proprietary forgings. To provide the most effective spoke profile for any application, these forgings are engineered with added material on the face, enabling configurations from flat to super deep concave. This design allows Vossen to create an 8.5″ wide wheel with a level of concavity comparable to that of a 12.5″ wheel.

Finishing

• Vossen’s in-house finishing facility uses state-of-the-art equipment and tightly controlled processes to deliver premium, long-lasting finishes on every Vossen Forged wheel. After machining, each wheel is hand-sanded and deburred, and brushed finishes can receive up to five hours of hand prep before moving to the most intensive stage of brushing and polishing, where the forged aluminum grain is highlighted or a mirror-like ceramic polish is achieved, or both are combined. All wheels then pass through a seven-stage pre-treatment cleanse to remove impurities, followed by powder coating in a dedicated wheel-focused facility using top-tier powders for a strong, uniform finish. A final visual inspection checks aesthetics and coating thickness, after which each wheel is carefully cleaned and packaged for shipment to the customer.

VPS Series Center Caps

• The Vossen VPS Series features three meticulously crafted center cap configurations, each designed to enhance the vehicle’s appearance. These center caps seamlessly cover the factory lug nuts, providing a sleek and refined center-lock look. All components are made from billet 6061 aluminum.
  • Plate Style: Each center cap configuration offers four key customizable areas, standard on any Vossen Forged VPS Series wheel. Customers can choose a smooth center plate to highlight the spoke design or an aggressive plate with pocketing for added detail. Additionally, Vossen Floating Center Caps are available as an option.
