The Factory

• Vossen is one of the few companies worldwide that manufactures forged wheels entirely in-house. Based in Miami, Florida, Vossen’s TUV Verified, state-of-the-art facility is equipped with a wide array of advanced machinery.

Engineered Art

• Vossen seamlessly combines the precision of custom forged wheels with the affordability of cast wheels. The company offers custom CNC machining to fit nearly any bolt pattern, center bore, and offset with unparalleled precision and efficiency.

Design

• Vossen guarantees precise fitments by measuring over 100 data points on each vehicle. Each wheel is custom-made for specific vehicle makes and models.

Concave Profile Flexibility

• All Vossen Forged wheels are machined using Vossen’s proprietary forging design. This design allows for the creation of wheels with an efficient spoke profile, adding extra material on the face to support profiles ranging from flat to super deep concave. This innovative approach enables the production of an 8.5” width wheel with maximum concavity equivalent to a 12.5” wheel.

Finishing

• Vossen’s in-house finishing facility employs advanced equipment to achieve the highest quality finishes. From ceramic polishing to powder coating, Vossen Forged wheels maintain industry-leading quality by carefully managing every step of the process.
  • Hand Prep: Step 1 – To achieve premium finishes, each wheel is hand-sanded and deburred after machining. Wheels receiving a brushed finish undergo an extensive hand-sanding process, taking up to five hours each, to ensure an even, brushed surface throughout.
  • Brushing & Polishing: Step 2 – The most labor-intensive yet rewarding part of the finishing process is brushing and polishing. Offered as upgrade options in every Vossen Forged line, brushed wheels showcase the beauty of the forged aluminum grain, while full ceramic polishing creates a mirror-like finish. Combining brushing and polishing provides the best of both worlds.
  • Pre-Treatment: Step 3 – After hand prep, all wheels undergo a seven-stage pre-treatment cleansing process to remove impurities before powder coating. This pretreatment ensures a stronger and more consistent finish once powder coated.
  • Powder Coating: Step 4 – Vossen’s in-house powder coating facility, designed specifically for wheels, uses advanced components and the highest quality powders to produce a uniform finish that lasts.
  • Final Visual Inspection: Step 5 – After powder coating, a final inspection is conducted to check the quality and consistency of the finish’s appearance, using a film thickness gauge to ensure uniformity. Once inspected, each wheel is cleaned and packaged for shipment to the customer.

• Vossen’s center caps are meticulously engineered to emphasize both durability and a unified aesthetic. Available in polished or brushed finishes, these caps come standard with a red “V” shield. Standard finishes are provided at no additional cost, with the option for color matching to the wheel at an extra charge. For an enhanced experience, Vossen offers Forged Billet Caps, featuring exclusive “V” inserts. Additionally, Vossen provides a floating cap option, which can also be specified for Rolls Royce vehicles (must select a “plate” option for floating caps).
