Design

• Vossen guarantees precise wheel fitments by assessing more than 100 data points on each vehicle. Every wheel is specifically crafted to complement particular vehicle models and makes.

Concave Profile Flexibility

• All Vossen Forged wheels are crafted using Vossen’s specialized forging process, enhancing the spoke profile and adding material to the wheel face to accommodate profiles from flat to super deep concave. This method enables the production of an 8.5” width wheel that possesses the maximum concavity of a 12.5” wheel.

Finishing

• Vossen’s in-house finishing facility leverages advanced technology to ensure superior finishes. Through processes from ceramic polishing to powder coating, Vossen Forged wheels achieve top-tier quality maintained throughout each production stage.
  • Hand Prep: Each wheel undergoes manual sanding and deburring after machining to secure high-end finishes. Wheels designated for a brushed finish are intensively hand-sanded for up to five hours per wheel to achieve a uniform brushed appearance.
  • Brushing & Polishing: This phase is the most labor-intensive yet rewarding part of the finishing process. As upgrade options for all Vossen Forged lines, brushed wheels emphasize the elegance of the forged aluminum grain, while full ceramic polishing offers a reflective mirror finish. The combination of these techniques produces optimal results.
  • Pre-Treatment: Following hand prep, wheels undergo a seven-step cleaning pre-treatment to eliminate any impurities before powder coating. This ensures a more durable and consistent finish.
  • Powder Coating: Tailored specifically for wheels, Vossen’s powder coating facility uses the latest components and premium powders to create a durable and even finish.
  • Final Visual Inspection: After powder coating, wheels undergo a final inspection to ensure finish quality and consistency, measured by a film thickness gauge. Following inspection, each wheel is cleaned and prepared for dispatch.

• Vossen’s center caps are carefully designed to offer both durability and a cohesive look. Available in polished or brushed finishes, they come standard with a red “V” shield. These finishes are provided at no extra cost, with an option to color-match the caps to the wheels for an additional fee. For a more premium option, Vossen offers Forged Billet Caps featuring unique “V” inserts. Additionally, a floating cap option is available and can be selected for Rolls Royce vehicles (requires the selection of a “plate” option for floating caps).
