Hand-fabricated in your choice of T304 Stainless Steel for long-term durability and a fuller tone, or thin-wall aerospace-grade Inconel for the lightest, most heat-resilient construction and a sharper pitch, the system is built with back-purged TIG welds, CNC-machined flanges, smooth mandrel bends, and high-temperature mounting hardware to maintain alignment and integrity through repeated heat cycles. Its straight-through routing slashes backpressure for quicker pedal response and faster rev pickup — no valves, no vacuum plumbing, just a clean, purpose-built path for maximum effect.

SS vs Inconel

• Both Stainless Steel and Inconel resist corrosion, but they diverge sharply in high-heat performance. Stainless is the value-minded workhorse — durable over the long run and typically producing a fuller, lower-frequency exhaust note. Inconel, a nickel-based superalloy, maintains strength and shrugs off oxidation at far higher temperatures, allowing thinner-wall tubing that reduces overall mass and heat soak despite the alloy’s higher density; it often delivers a cleaner, higher-pitched character.
