Choose T304 Stainless Steel for long-term toughness and a fuller timbre, or nickel-based Inconel for thin-wall, heat-resilient construction and a crisper pitch. Either way, back-purged TIG welds, mandrel-formed tubing, CNC-machined flanges, and high-temperature brackets hold everything in alignment through repeated heat cycles. Designed as a vehicle-specific rear-section replacement with OEM-style interfaces, it keeps serviceability intact while putting tone and presence firmly in your hands.

SS vs Inconel

• Stainless Steel and Inconel both hold up against corrosion, but their behavior under extreme heat is a different story. Stainless is the long-wearing, value-oriented choice and tends to produce a rounder, lower-register tone. Inconel, a nickel-based superalloy, keeps its mechanical strength and fights oxidation at far higher temperatures, which makes thinner-gauge tubing possible. That slimmer construction brings overall mass down and limits heat soak, even accounting for the alloy’s higher density, and it typically delivers a cleaner, higher-pitched character.
