The TE37SL or “Super Lap” was engineered with one goal in mind – eliminate every part of the wheel that was not structurally essential to its strength. Through advanced material and structural analysis, the TE37SL takes the already extremely lightweight TE37 and both simplifies and adds lightness. This is a hardcore iteration of one of standards of the motorsport world.

So hardcore in fact, that the TE37SL is not designed to be used with center caps to take that weight savings to the extreme. Additional machining on the wheel itself and RAYS proprietary press forging manufacturing process provide a featherweight expression of the TE37 (nearly 1/2 KG per wheel). That incredible balance of strength and weight reduction is tailor made for the FK8 Civic Type R. A perfect offset for the chassis provides a flush, no rub fitment while allowing for a high degree of concavity for the size.
