RAYS builds on the TE37 legacy with an all-new design that retains the series’ renowned performance DNA. Launched in early 2020, the TE37 Saga SL project progressed alongside the development of the TE37 Saga S-Plus, with the SL prototype successfully clearing benchmark testing. After completing vehicle testing — including a 24-hour Super Taikyu Series win — RAYS advanced into full-scale production. While the Saga S-Plus matured into a broad-fitment wheel for Super Taikyu competition, the TE37 Saga SL remained focused on the core SL philosophy; lighter than its counterparts, defined by signature TE37 race concavity, and highlighted by diamond-cut details and a clear black finish. RAYS reengineered the TE37 SL from the ground up to stay true to the SL concept — a relentless pursuit of strength and weight reduction. Proof of Lightweight Design

• Precision diamond-cutting at the center bore and rim flanges removes weight in structurally sound areas, confirmed through rigorous analysis. A redesigned bolt-hole area incorporates dual action lines for a more aggressive, dimensional look — now compatible with a center cap. Flange shape has also been revised to further align with the goal of enhanced strength and reduced mass.

Racing Concave

• To suit modern vehicle platforms and aggressive fitments, the TE37 Saga SL introduces three distinct face profiles — FACE-3 through FACE-5 — each tuned to emphasize the SL’s sharp concave expression, differentiating it from the Saga S-Plus.

Spoke Sticker

• The hallmark SL spoke decal has been redesigned into a three-segment layout featuring an all-new Saga SL logo. Made from a proprietary, heat-resistant film, this decal is far from ordinary — semi-transparent outlined text allows the wheel’s finish to show through, enhanced with an extra laminate layer for a premium finish.

Knurling Finish

• Tailored for use with today’s ultra-high-performance tires and powerful vehicles, the TE37 Saga SL features a knurled bead seat designed to minimize tire slippage under heavy load. This reduces traction loss and helps maintain vehicle balance during extreme driving.
