RAYS advances the TE37 legacy with a clean-sheet design that preserves the series’ proven performance. Initiated in early 2020, the TE37 Saga SL project saw its prototype clear benchmark testing as TE37 Saga S-Plus development neared completion. Following successful vehicle evaluations — and a 24-hour Super Taikyu Series victory — RAYS commenced full-scale development. While the Saga S-Plus evolved into the Super Taikyu – focused wheel with broad vehicle fitment, the TE37 Saga SL was engineered to uphold the SL ethos; lighter than comparable models, featuring the signature TE37 racing concavity, and distinguished by diamond-cut machining set off by a clear black finish. True to the SL concept of relentlessly pursuing unmatched strength and minimal mass, RAYS rebuilt the TE37 SL with intent and purpose. The result delivers the characteristic masculinity, unique atmosphere, and new performance owners experience once fitted. RAYS dismisses superficial claims about strength and lightness; such words must be earned. The TE37 Saga SL earns them.

Proof of Lightweight Design

• Diamond-cut machining at the center bore and rim flanges reduces mass in zones verified by rigorous strength analysis to be unaffected by material removal. The bolt-hole profile is newly shaped with dual action lines for a deeper, more dynamic look and now accepts a center cap. The flange geometry is also revised under the ethos of being stronger and lighter than prior iterations.

Racing Concave

• To accommodate contemporary vehicles and setups, three face profiles — FACE-3 through FACE-5 — are offered, distinct from the Saga S-Plus. The concave gradient is tuned specifically to emphasize the TE37 Saga SL’s design language.

Spoke Sticker

• The SL-series hallmark spoke decal is updated to a three-segment layout with a new logo for the Saga SL. Produced on a proprietary, heat-resistant film, the decal stands apart from typical stickers; outline lettering allows the wheel color to show through, complemented by an additional laminate coating for a unique specification.

Knurling Finish

• For use with modern high-grip tires on high-performance, high-power vehicles, the TE37 Saga SL employs a knurled bead seat to mitigate tire-to-wheel slip. This treatment helps minimize traction loss and balance shifts under high load.

Standard, Special, and Hyper Colors

• RAYS introduced the TE37 Saga SL in the hallmark Pressed Graphite finish. For 18-inch sizes, the palette expands to include special colors and multiple hyper-color options.
