Guided by the ongoing evolution of the TE37, RAYS has introduced the latest refinement — the S-Plus. First released in 1996, the original Volk Racing TE37 has continually advanced to meet the shifting needs of motorsports and tuning enthusiasts. Its transformation into the TE37 Saga in 2016 brought a new mold and design focus for modern street and track use. In 2021, recognizing changes in vehicle weight, power, drivetrain layout, and tire performance, RAYS introduced the Saga S-Plus — a minor but meaningful update designed to increase strength and safety. While the face design remains untouched, the spoke’s rear profile has been reinforced, adding approximately 100-120g depending on size. This deliberate trade-off results in higher rigidity and greater durability to handle the demands of today’s performance platforms.

• RAYS’ design mold forging process allows the TE37 to be shaped with seamless grain flow, ensuring maximum rigidity and structural integrity as originally envisioned.

Racing Concave

• Staying true to Volk Racing’s philosophy of functional form, the TE37’s Racing Concave design accommodates a wide range of diameters, widths, and offsets while maintaining clearance for large brake systems. This commitment to purposeful design continues to define the TE37’s legacy.

The Design Remains with Evolved Performance

• From a structural perspective, the original TE37’s layout remains ideal. The 60° triangular spacing between spokes is engineered to distribute stress efficiently from the rim inward. Each spoke also features a machined 3D ‘VOLK RACING’ logo, adding a level of refinement that only forged wheels can offer — far beyond what stickers could achieve.

• The TE37 Saga S-Plus is offered in a broad spectrum of finishes, with two standard options — Diamond Dark Gunmetal and Bronze (almite). For those who prefer a more distinct look, a range of special, hyper, and shining colors is available to match various vehicle builds and styles.
