Volk Racing TE37 Gravel II Wheel

RAYS’ Volk Racing division has evolved the specialized TE37 Gravel — a long-supported fixture in rally and dirt trial racing within the TE37 series — into the new Gravel II. This update was necessary to align the wheel with the new TE37 Sonic base model. RAYS focused on achieving a high degree of strength and stiffness across the center area, outer rim, and inner rim, minimizing mass increases as much as possible. Through the continued use of its signature forging process, the Gravel II successfully retains the crucial lightweight attributes of the TE37 while providing the superior structural durability required for performance over rough, hard gravel roads.

Strengthened Rim for Use on Gravel

• The base TE37 Sonic model, already renowned for its high stiffness as a sports wheel for new-generation compact cars, features improved strength and rigidity due to an increase in rim thickness. This design allows the wheel to offer high durability, effectively withstanding the instantaneous impacts experienced when driving over gravel.

Knurling Finish

• RAYS understands that high-performance vehicles utilize high-grip tires. For the Gravel II, a knurling finish is applied to the bead seat to minimize tire slippage. This knurling specifically prevents wheel balance displacement and traction loss, even during aggressive use.

Specialized Spoke Sticker

• The wheel is included with a blue spoke decal that is unique and exclusive to the Gravel II model.
