Volk Racing NE24 Club Sport Wheel (19-inch)

RAYS’ Volk Racing division has introduced the NE24 Club Sport, an evolved and highly specialized model within their newest wheel series, following the acclaimed TE, CE, and ZE lines. Engineered to directly compete in the demanding C-segment high-performance market, the Club Sport is an aggressive model specifically built for tough, continuous use. RAYS achieved this by optimizing rim width and offset into aggressive sizes tailored to individual vehicle models, meticulously preserving the critical balance of strength and lightness. While retaining the NE24’s slim 2×4 spoke layout, the central area — which endures maximum stress — was further refined and lightened based on the latest rigidity analysis. Additionally, RAYS modified the spoke’s undercut with multiple steps to ensure a dramatic three-dimensional structure remains visible, even in narrower sizes, showcasing their advanced forging and analysis technologies.

Strobe Design Decals

• The wheel body is finished in a striking hard-edged gloss black color, complemented by two types of contrasting peripheral decals: crimson and pure white. Once the vehicle is in motion, these decals create eye-catching, strobe-like lines that visually rotate in the direction of travel.

Lightweight Center Part

• RAYS firmly holds that as modern high-performance vehicles advance, the strength analysis technology applied to their wheels must evolve in parallel. By rigorously re-examining the design from its earliest stages, RAYS successfully employed the latest rigidity theory to reduce the weight of the central component as much as is functionally allowable.

Knurling Finish

• The NE24 Club Sport features knurling at the bead seat. This crucial functional design is specifically intended to minimize tire misalignment, reduce traction loss, and mitigate shifts in tire balance on the rim, even when the wheel is subjected to the most extremely tough use.
