Volk Racing NE24 Club Sport Wheel (18-inch)

RAYS’ Volk Racing division has created the NE24 Club Sport, an evolved and highly specialized version of the NE24 — the brand’s newest sports wheel series following the TE, CE, and ZE lines. Developed to compete in the extreme battlefield of high-performance C-segment models from both domestic and foreign automakers, the NE24 Club Sport is an aggressive model specifically engineered for tough, demanding use. RAYS achieved this by carefully narrowing the rim width and offset into aggressive sizes optimized for individual vehicle models, all while maintaining the core balance of strength and lightness. While inheriting the NE24’s slim 2×4 spoke layout and triangular spoke ends, the crucial center area — which bears the greatest stress — was further refined and lightened based on the latest rigidity analysis. Additionally, RAYS modified the spoke’s undercut section into multiple steps to ensure a dramatic three-dimensional structure is visible, even in narrower sizes, demonstrating the full capability of RAYS’ unique forging and cutting-edge analysis technologies.

Strobe Design Decals

• The wheel body features a hard-edged gloss black finish, which is contrasted by two distinct decal types on the periphery; crimson and pure white. These decals create eye-catching, strobe-like lines that appear to rotate in the direction of travel once the vehicle begins moving.

Lightweight Center Part

• RAYS recognizes that as modern vehicles evolve, so too must the strength analysis technology used for its wheels. By completely re-examining the design from its earliest stage, RAYS has successfully utilized the latest rigidity theory to reduce the weight of the center part as much as functionally possible.

Knurling Finish

• The wheel incorporates knurling at the bead seat. This functional feature is specifically designed to minimize tire misalignment, traction loss, and changes in tire balance on the rim, even when the wheel is subjected to extremely tough use.
