RAYS refines the CE28 lineage with the CE28SL, blending the CE28N’s renowned lightness with contemporary engineering advancements. In line with the SL concept pioneered by the TE37, the center-cap region is reimagined — mass is reduced by reshaping the center circle — while rigidity is preserved by reinforcing critical zones. The result is a 50-gram weight reduction per wheel, creating the sprint-optimized CE28SL and reaffirming Volk Racing’s ongoing pursuit of performance through lighter, stronger design.

RAYS Prominent Design Mold Forging

• RAYS’ proprietary mold-form forging process shapes the wheel directly to its final design. This method ensures optimal strength and rigidity by maintaining consistent material grain flow throughout the structure.

Optimized by RAYS Latest Analysis Technology

• Additional weight savings were achieved beyond the already lightweight CE28N. Using repeated structural analysis, material with minimal contribution to strength was removed, while select areas were thickened to reinforce rigidity where required.

Becoming the SL Model

• The center-cap mounting area was omitted for further weight reduction. Instead, the center circle features an overhung profile, effectively minimizing mass without sacrificing structural integrity.

Red Spoke Stickers

• A signature red spoke sticker identifies the SL designation, with two spoke decals included for the CE28SL. These details accentuate the model’s identity and authenticity.

Standard, Special, and Hyper Colors

• The CE28SL is offered in a variety of finishes, with the SL-defining Pressed Graphite as its anchor. For those seeking a more distinctive aesthetic, Volk Racing also supplies special colors, vivid hyper-color treatments, and additional high-luster options for a bold, premium appearance.
