Does the Fuel Filter Kit for R35 include the PTS sensor?

No. The standard T1 Fuel Filter Kit for R35 does not include the Injector Dynamics PTS pressure and temperature sensor or the GT1R fuel rail adapter, and T1 Race Development offers both separately. The kit contains the F750 filter, the mounting plate and hardware, the factory feed line adapter and line, and the passenger rail feed line.

How fine does the Injector Dynamics F750 filter?

Injector Dynamics rates the F750 at 87 percent capture efficiency at 5 microns and 100 percent at 35 microns, which meets the Bosch specification for electronic fuel injector protection. Nominal flow is 750 liters per hour at 1.1 psi of pressure drop, rising to 1,000 liters per hour at 1.9 psi.

When should the F750 element be replaced?

The F750 carries a differential pressure indicator that shows when the element is loading up, so replacement follows condition rather than a fixed mileage. Injector Dynamics states the element holds roughly five grams of contaminant at 750 liters per hour, and a Schrader valve on the housing allows pressure checks and draining before service.

Is the F750 filter compatible with E85?

Yes. Injector Dynamics describes the F750 as compatible with all known fuels, which covers pump gasoline and ethanol blends such as E85. That makes it a sound partner for a GT-R running flex fuel, where the larger fuel volumes ethanol demands also increase the flow passing through the filter.

Why add an external fuel filter to an R35 fuel system?

Aftermarket pumps and large injectors move far more fuel than the factory system, and contamination that a stock injector tolerates can wear or stick a high-flow injector. An external F750 adds filtration that meets the Bosch injector protection specification, with a visible indicator, so the condition of the fuel reaching the rails is never a guess.

Description

T1 Race Development GT1R F750 Fuel Filter Kit for R35 Nissan GT-R

T1 Race Development’s GT1R F750 Fuel Filter Kit for R35 Nissan GT-R fits Injector Dynamics’ F750 filter to the GT-R with the bracket, adapter and lines worked out in advance. Injector Dynamics rates the F750 at 750 liters per hour with just 1.1 psi of pressure drop, and its element captures 87 percent of particles at 5 microns and every particle at 35, which meets Bosch’s specification for protecting electronic fuel injectors. On a car running large injectors and high-flow pumps, that is inexpensive protection for some of the most costly parts in the fuel system.

Design and Performance

T1 supplies the filter with a mounting plate and hardware, an adapter and line that join the factory feed line, and a line that feeds the passenger-side fuel rail, so the filter sits in the path of all of the fuel heading for the rails. The F750 itself uses a spin-on housing with a safety latch, a Schrader valve for checking pressure or draining, and a differential pressure indicator that shows when the element is ready for replacement.

Features

Injector Dynamics F750 filter meeting the Bosch injector protection specification
Spin-on element housing with a safety latch
Differential pressure indicator for element condition
Schrader valve for pressure checks and draining

About T1 Race Development

T1 Race Development was founded in Texas in 2005 by Tony Palo, whose 2000 Acura Integra GSR became the first eight-second front-wheel-drive street car before the shop turned its attention to the Nissan GT-R. T1 went on to become the first to exceed 230 mph in the half mile in a GT-R and the first to make 2,400 whp from the VR38DETT, and it now develops engines, drivetrain parts and complete builds for the R35 GT-R, Lamborghini Huracan and Audi R8.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
