Does the 12-Injector Engine Bay Fuel System include a fuel pump?

No. The T1 12-Injector Engine Bay Fuel System covers only the engine bay, from the factory feed line to the factory return line. It suits owners who already run a fuel pump hanger and pump that can support their power target. The complete T1 kits add the FPS1100 pump and GT1R E5LM hanger.

Which intake manifolds does it fit?

It is laid out for the AMS 12-injector and the Boost Logic 12-injector intake manifolds for the R35 Nissan GT-R, which carry a second bank of six injectors. A GT-R keeping the factory intake manifold and six injectors should use the T1 6-injector engine bay kit instead.

What power level is the kit recommended for?

T1 Race Development recommends its OEM line fuel systems for builds under 1,400 wheel horsepower on ethanol, because fuel still travels through the factory feed and return lines under the car. Builds aiming higher should look at the T1 full length systems, which replace those lines with -08AN feed and return lines.

Can a fuel pressure sensor be added?

Yes. T1 Race Development offers two optional sensors for this kit. The Injector Dynamics PTS installs on the outlet of the F750 filter and reports pressure and temperature, and the GT1R fuel pressure sensor kit installs on the Fore regulator. Neither is included, so add one if the ECU will log fuel pressure.

Does the kit include flex fuel hardware?

Yes. The GT1R Gen 2 flex fuel kit is included and fits into the engine bay plumbing alongside the rails and regulator. On its full length system T1 Race Development sells the Gen 2 flex fuel electronics separately, so check with Bulletproof Automotive which flex fuel parts a given car still needs before ordering.

Description

T1 Race Development GT1R 12-Injector Engine Bay Fuel System for R35 Nissan GT-R

T1 Race Development’s GT1R 12-Injector Engine Bay Fuel System for R35 Nissan GT-R is the under-hood half of T1’s second generation Complete Fuel Solution, offered on its own for owners who already have a fuel pump hanger they are happy with. It plumbs an AMS or Boost Logic 12-injector intake manifold from the factory feed line to the factory return line, with every rail, line, fitting and regulator chosen by T1 to work as a set.

Design and Performance

Fuel enters through an Injector Dynamics F750 filter, which meets the Bosch OE specification for fuel injector filtration, then feeds GT1R rails for both injector banks. A Fore F2i regulator controls pressure and returns to the factory line, and the GT1R Gen 2 flex fuel kit is built into the plumbing. Every line is labeled for installation and heat-sleeved where needed. Because the factory lines remain in the circuit, T1 recommends this kit for builds under 1,400 wheel horsepower on ethanol.

About T1 Race Development

T1 Race Development was founded in Texas in 2005 by Tony Palo, whose 2000 Acura Integra GSR became the first eight-second front-wheel-drive street car before the shop turned its attention to the Nissan GT-R. T1 went on to become the first to exceed 230 mph in the half mile in a GT-R and the first to make 2,400 whp from the VR38DETT, and it now develops engines, drivetrain parts and complete builds for the R35 GT-R, Lamborghini Huracan and Audi R8.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
