Which vehicles do the SOUL Downpipes for Lamborghini Urus fit?

The Downpipes for Lamborghini Urus fit the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 Urus from 2018 on. They install in place of the factory downpipes and keep high-flow catalytic converters in the system. Confirm your exact model and year before ordering.

Do they keep the catalytic converters and avoid a check-engine light?

Yes. The downpipes use premium HJS HD 200-cell high-flow catalytic converters that stay in place and meet EURO 4 standards, so the Urus keeps emissions function, runs without a check-engine light, and needs no ECU tune.

They are co-developed with Gintani to support substantial power, reducing backpressure for sharper turbo response and stronger drivability. SOUL does not publish a specific dyno figure for this part; the gains come from improved flow and work best alongside the rest of your setup.

No. A tune is not required to fit the downpipes, and they run on the stock tune without a check-engine light. Many owners add tuning for further gains, but it is optional.

From mandrel-bent 3-inch, 0.065-inch T304L stainless with CNC-cut flanges and back-purged welds. Each set is roughly 5.7 pounds lighter than the factory parts, fixture-tested for fitment, and shipped with new high-grade hardware.

Is it street legal, and is it warrantied?

The downpipes are not CARB certified and are intended for closed-course competition use, and they are not for sale in California, so confirm the rules where you drive. Professional installation is recommended, and SOUL backs them with a lifetime warranty for materials and workmanship.

SOUL Performance Sport Downpipes for Lamborghini Urus

SOUL Performance’s Sport Catalytic Converter Downpipes for the Lamborghini Urus uncork the 4.0L twin-turbo V8 with a massive jump in character, response, and sound while keeping high-flow cats in place. Built around large-diameter tubing and premium HJS HD 200-cell catalytic converters, these downpipes dramatically reduce back pressure to sharpen turbo response, increase drivability, and unleash a harder-hitting, throaty exhaust note with menacing crackles worthy of a super-SUV. Co-developed with Gintani to support substantial power levels, they are designed to minimize the chance of check engine lights while flowing far better than stock, ideal paired with tuning and other supporting mods. Each set fits all 2018+ Urus models, sheds roughly 5.7lb compared to the factory parts, and is hand-assembled from robust T304L stainless, fixture-checked for precise fitment, carefully foam packed, and backed by SOUL Performance’s renowned Lifetime Warranty for confident use on both street and track.

Development

The utilization of HJS HD 200-cell catalytic converters promotes exceptional flow and minimizes the likelihood of triggering a check engine light. Developed in collaboration with Gintani, these pipes have been specifically engineered for substantial power enhancements. Due to the increased flow, one can anticipate improved turbo response and enhanced drivability. Prepare yourself for an exhilarating auditory experience with added pops and a turbo sound that genuinely befits a high-performance vehicle.

Construction

Every downpipe is meticulously crafted using mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel tubing, featuring a.065″ wall thickness and a diameter of 3″. The construction incorporates CNC cut flanges, ensuring precision fitment. To enhance the durability even under the most demanding conditions, all welds are meticulously back purged, reinforcing their longevity.

HJS Catalysts

Employing the most superior catalytic converters in the market, recognized for their exceptional flow and unrivaled durability, SOUL ensures optimal performance. These converters possess the efficiency required to meet the stringent EURO 4 emission standards while simultaneously enabling increased flow. The HD design, featuring premium triple foil winding, guarantees maximum strength and resilience. Additionally, the inclusion of a brazing stripe enhances durability by preventing core movement and shielding it from potential damage caused by sustained high horsepower abuse. SOUL employs a substantial and appropriately sized catalyst to facilitate maximum gains, leaving no room for compromise.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. In short, prices may change without notice. It is always advised to give us a call prior to placing your order online to confirm availability and to confirm current pricing.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
