SOUL Performance Resonated Over Axle Pipes for 982 Porsche 718 GT4 RS / Spyder RS

SOUL Performance Over Axle Pipes deliver an immediate improvement in exhaust sound and overall flow. A full 3-inch, flange-to-flange path is maintained by using oval tubing engineered to fit within tight suspension and body clearances. This purpose-built design helps unlock the performance and character of the GT3-derived engine. For a more refined tone, the Resonated version lowers overall volume compared to the Competition option and softens the more aggressive edge. Streamlining the Resonated Over Axle Pipe also reduces the heat soak found in the factory components, with additional thermal management solutions available for added protection.

Development

Construction

• Each set is assembled in-house in the USA from mandrel-bent, thick-wall 0.065-inch T304L stainless steel. Back-purged TIG welding with ARCAL Prime argon gas ensures proper weld penetration and long-term durability. Water-jet cut flanges are produced to ISO 9001:2015 standards with tolerances of +/- 0.003 inches for exceptional precision. SOUL Performance fabricates these over axle pipes using thick-gauge aluminum fixtures that act as an effective heat sink during welding and help prevent warping of both the components and the fixtures, ensuring consistent, accurate fitment.

• Each set is rigorously quality-checked, test-fit in a dedicated fixture to verify precise fitment, and foam packed to help ensure it arrives in perfect condition. SOUL Performance includes new high-grade installation hardware with every set.
