Which cars does the SOUL Race Exhaust System for LP580-2 fit?

The Race Exhaust System for LP580-2 also fits the LP610-4 Lamborghini Huracán, in both coupe and spyder, rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, across model years 2015 to 2019. It does not fit the Huracán Performante. Confirm your exact model before ordering.

How much power does it add?

On an exhaust-only pull against the factory sport exhaust, SOUL measured roughly 15 to 20 horsepower and 15 to 20 lb-ft through the midrange. With a supporting ECU tune, SOUL reported 46 horsepower and 42 lb-ft at 5,800 rpm, though that figure includes the tune and is not an exhaust-only result.

How much weight does it save?

The system is more than 50 pounds lighter than the factory exhaust while retaining the OEM heat shielding. That weight comes off the very back of the car, which owners of a mid-engine V10 tend to appreciate for its effect on balance.

Does it need a tune or trigger a check-engine light?

A tune is not required; the system is designed to run cleanly on the stock ECU without a check-engine light. Many owners add a tune to unlock further gains, but it is optional for the exhaust to work as designed.

How is it built and what is included?

It is made from mandrel-bent 3-inch T304L stainless with a 0.060-inch wall, CNC-machined flanges, laser-cut brackets, and individual piping for each bank. It ships as a complete kit with the hardware and caps for the factory vacuum lines, fixture-tested for fitment.

Is it street legal, and is it warrantied?

SOUL intends the system for off-road and competition use; it is not CARB approved and is not for sale or street use in California, so confirm the rules where you drive. Professional installation is recommended, and SOUL backs the system with a lifetime warranty for materials and workmanship.

Description

SOUL Performance Race Exhaust System for LP580-2 / LP610-4 Lamborghini Huracan

For those who crave the complete Lamborghini experience, the SOUL Performance exhaust system offers the perfect combination of being both the lightest and the loudest option available. With its generously sized 3″ diameter, this exhaust system is designed to maximize power output and enhance the engine’s tone to deliver an exhilarating driving experience. Rest assured that this system is engineered to avoid triggering any check engine lights, leaving you free to enjoy the thrill of acceleration without any unwanted interruptions. Prepare for a constant grin on your face as you navigate the roads, while onlookers can’t help but be awestruck by the captivating presence and sound of your vehicle.

Development

Drawing inspiration from the Huracán LP620-2 Super Trofeo, SOUL Performance embarked on a mission to create an assertive exhaust system suitable for various applications, including SEMA builds, Liberty Walk kit-equipped cars, and even weekend cruisers. The factory exhaust system, weighing in at over 60 lbs and featuring multiple chambers and secondary unmonitored catalytic converters, fails to deliver the resounding roar that many enthusiasts desire during aggressive acceleration.
To achieve their objectives of maximizing power, reducing weight, and amplifying the distinctive Lamborghini sound, SOUL Performance employs 3″ diameter tubing and individual piping for each bank of the engine. This design choice results in a significant reduction of over 50 lbs from the vehicle’s overall weight while enhancing the signature Lamborghini roar. Notably, the factory heat shielding is meticulously retained, ensuring the exhaust system integrates seamlessly and safely within the vehicle’s architecture. With this innovative and purposeful approach, SOUL Performance enables drivers to unleash the full potential of their Lamborghini, be it on the track or on exhilarating weekend drives.

Construction

The construction of each exhaust system entails the utilization of mandrel bent T304L stainless steel tubing with a sturdy wall thickness of.060″. The tubing is skillfully shaped using mandrel bending techniques to maintain a consistent internal diameter throughout, ensuring optimal exhaust flow. Furthermore, the exhaust system features precision CNC machined flanges that provide secure and leak-free connections. Complementing the robust construction, laser cut brackets are employed to ensure precise fitment and alignment of the exhaust components. These meticulous manufacturing techniques and high-quality materials contribute to the durability and reliability of the exhaust system.

Power

Exhaust Only:
- Experience a satisfying increase of approximately 15-20 wheel horsepower and 15-20 foot-pounds of torque in the midrange, precisely where you’ll find yourself utilizing it the most. As the RPMs climb, the power gains gradually stabilize, as the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) strictly governs timing and air-fuel ratio (AFR) targets. While the initial boost in power is notable, it’s important to note that the ECU’s control over these parameters ensures a well-regulated and balanced performance throughout the rev range.
Exhaust & ECU Tune:
- With the combination of Eurocharged Canada’s ECU tune and the SOUL Race Exhaust, impressive power gains were achieved. At 5800rpm, their modifications resulted in an increase of 46 wheel horsepower and 42 foot-pounds of torque. This substantial improvement demonstrates the effectiveness of their ECU tuning expertise and the performance enhancements delivered by the well-engineered SOUL Race Exhaust. Together, these modifications provide a noticeable boost in power and torque output, elevating the overall performance and driving experience.

Bolt On & Go

To ensure flawless fitment, every exhaust system undergoes meticulous construction and testing in a dedicated fixture. This rigorous process guarantees that each component aligns perfectly, allowing for a seamless installation. In addition, the exhaust system package includes everything required for a complete installation, ensuring a hassle-free setup. As part of this comprehensive package, caps for the factory vacuum lines are also included, facilitating a thorough and efficient installation process. With these inclusions, SOUL Performance provides all the necessary components and accessories for a seamless and successful installation experience.

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, unfortunately our website is unable to compensate dynamically for what can at times be volatile changes in the cost of items due to currency values fluctuating, changes in prices from suppliers, changes in shipping and import duties, and other factors. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. We will continue to do our best to maintain updated prices and we will always continue to offer our price match guarantees as well to ensure our prices are always the best for you. In short, prices may change without notice. It is always advised to give us a call prior to placing your order online to confirm availability and to confirm current pricing.

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
