The Silver Rocket Dry Carbon Roll Cage & Harness Bar for the 981 and 982 Porsche Boxster and Cayman is engineered to deliver class-leading strength and safety with minimal weight. Utilizing aerospace-grade dry carbon fiber and a proprietary manufacturing process, Silver Rocket has created a roll cage that is twice as strong as the OEM steel unit and nearly 1.5 times stronger than the FIA 253 Safety Requirements, as verified by TÜV SÜD. Despite its exceptional rigidity, able to withstand 5,584kg (12,310 lbs) of pressure. The entire assembly weighs only 11.1kg (24.5 lbs). Designed with both performance and practicality in mind, the system maintains complete rear-view visibility, offering unmatched protection and structural integrity without compromising the driving experience.

Unique Octagon-shape Monocoque Structure

• Silver Rocket utilizes over 30 layers of aerospace-grade dry carbon fiber sheets to form a distinctive octagon-shaped monocoque structure, resulting in the strongest and lightest roll cage on the market for the GT4 RS.

Proprietary SR-Orientation Roll-Wrap Method

• According to CAE stress analysis, Silver Rocket incorporates 29 layers of uni-directional carbon fiber cloth, precisely oriented in a proprietary layout during the manufacturing process to counteract impact forces and deliver optimal strength and rigidity at critical angles.

FIA Safety

• In addition to the roll cage, Silver Rocket integrates a built-in harness bar engineered to FIA safety standards, positioned at the optimal height to meet the FIA’s required angle range of 0° to -20° for proper use with a 6-point racing harness.
