How does the Performance version differ from the RYFT SVJ Race exhaust?

RYFT sells both for the same SVJ and Ultimae cars, and both are 100% titanium, handmade and built around velocity loops. RYFT names one Performance and one Race and prices the Performance version higher, without listing further differences. Bulletproof Automotive puts sound and hardware questions to RYFT before an order, so the choice is made on the answers.

Does the Exhaust for Lamborghini Aventador SVJ also fit the Ultimae?

Yes. RYFT lists the Exhaust for Lamborghini Aventador SVJ for both the SVJ, revealed at Pebble Beach in 2018, and the LP780-4 Ultimae of 2021. The Ultimae was the final Aventador, limited to 600 cars, and the last one left the line in 2022. One RYFT part number covers both models.

Will it fit the SVJ Roadster and Ultimae Roadster?

RYFT does not name coupe and Roadster separately for this system. The SVJ Roadster was unveiled at Geneva in 2019 and the Ultimae was built as 350 coupes and 250 Roadsters, all with the L539 V12. Roadster fitment is confirmed with RYFT before ordering, which keeps the answer specific to the car.

Is the factory SVJ exhaust already titanium?

Yes, in part. Lamborghini used titanium in the SVJ exhaust to save weight and moved the outlets higher, exiting through the middle of the rear rather than the diffuser center used on the SV. The RYFT system is made entirely from titanium, so the gain is in construction and acoustic character rather than a change of metal.

Which RYFT carbon parts suit an SVJ with this exhaust?

RYFT builds a carbon fiber front lip specifically for the Aventador SVJ in two by two twill, designed to use the factory mounting points, and a carbon fiber hood listed for every Aventador model. Together with the exhaust they give the car RYFT parts at both ends without changing its factory aerodynamic layout.

Description

RYFT Titanium Performance Exhaust for Lamborghini Aventador SVJ / Ultimae

RYFT’s titanium performance exhaust for Lamborghini Aventador SVJ and Ultimae cars is one of two RYFT systems for the most extreme Aventadors, sold alongside a Race version with the same fitment. Both cars left Sant’Agata with a factory exhaust that already used titanium, so the case for this system rests on RYFT’s hand-built construction and its velocity loops rather than on material alone. We see the Performance system as the version for owners who want the RYFT sound and plan to keep the car on the road.

Performance or Race

RYFT offers the SVJ and Ultimae a Performance system and a Race system, and its own descriptions of the two are identical: 100% titanium, handmade, built around velocity loops for clarity and pitch. The names are the distinction RYFT draws, along with the price, which is higher for this Performance version. We read it this way: the Performance system for an SVJ that lives on the road, and the Race version for one used mainly on track.

Features

100% titanium, formed and welded by hand
RYFT proprietary velocity loops tuned for pitch and clarity
One RYFT part number covering both the SVJ and the Ultimae
Performance counterpart to the RYFT SVJ Race system

Applications

Lamborghini Aventador SVJ: LP 770-4 | 2019-2021 | 6.5L L539 naturally aspirated V12
Lamborghini Aventador Ultimae: LP 780-4 | 2022 | 6.5L L539 naturally aspirated V12

Notes

RYFT lists this exhaust for Lamborghini Aventador SVJ cars dated 2018-2021 and Ultimae cars dated 2021-2023, and for no earlier Aventador
RYFT describes its Performance and Race systems for these cars in the same terms and does not publish what separates them beyond the name
RYFT names the SVJ and Ultimae without separating coupe and Roadster, so Bulletproof Automotive confirms Roadster fitment with RYFT before ordering
The alternative for the same cars is the RYFT Titanium Race Exhaust for Lamborghini Aventador SVJ / Ultimae
For the front of the SVJ, add the RYFT Carbon Fiber Front Lip for Lamborghini Aventador SVJ

Additional Information

The Bulletproof Automotive website contains many thousands of products purchased in multiple different currencies. All of the prices are entered manually and accurately at the time of entry. Due to the consistently fluctuating international exchange rates, at times prices may not be able to be honored at their original intended rate. Rest assured that any order you place on line will be at zero risk to you in this area. If in the event your order cannot be fulfilled at the original intended website price we will offer you a 100% refund, no questions asked. Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
