RYFT Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser for McLaren Artura

RYFT’s carbon fiber rear diffuser for McLaren Artura cars is made for the lower tail of a car whose factory diffuser McLaren describes as deep, full width and capable of real downforce. RYFT notes 2×2 twill carbon on this part specifically, and its Artura design brief calls for extended curved surfaces at the rear as well as the front. We see the diffuser as the rear half of a pair with the RYFT splitter, and as the part that best captures the GT4 race car look from behind.

Design

McLaren says the Artura’s rear spoiler and diffuser together produce 50 kg of downforce, and that the spoiler also receives hot air from the aerothermal system to carry heat away from the engine chimney. The diffuser sits beneath the twin high-mounted exhaust exits and the almond-shaped LED tail lamps, so it frames the busiest view of the car. Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer.
