Does the Rear Bumper Center with Side Fins fit the 992 GT3 or only the RS?

Only the RS. RYFT lists the rear bumper center with side fins for the 992 Porsche 911 GT3 RS and not for the 911 GT3, GT3 Touring or 911 S/T. The RS has its own rear fascia with aero openings in the rear side panels, and this part is designed around it.

Are the side fins included with the bumper center?

Yes. RYFT sells the center section and its side fins under a single part number, 32-20-1022, so the fins arrive with it. The rear diffuser is a separate RYFT part, 32-20-1023, and most owners order the two together to complete the rear of the car.

Will a RYFT exhaust work with this rear bumper center?

RYFT builds titanium exhausts for the 992 GT3 and GT3 RS, including a complete Performance system with headers. Bulletproof Automotive confirms fitment details with RYFT before ordering an exhaust and the rear bumper center together, so tip position and the carbon center section are checked as a pair.

How should the rear carbon be cleaned after a track day?

The rear bumper collects rubber, brake dust and exhaust soot on circuit days. Rinse thoroughly, wash with a pH neutral shampoo and a soft brush around the fins, and lift soot with a dedicated cleaner safe for clear coats. A ceramic coating makes the next clean much easier.

Who should fit this carbon center section?

A body specialist with GT3 RS experience. The center section has to line up with the painted rear bumper corners and the diffuser, and the fins must sit symmetrically. A specialist will set every gap evenly and protect the paint around the work area.

Description

RYFT Carbon Fiber Rear Bumper Center with Side Fins for 992 Porsche 911 GT3 RS

The RYFT rear bumper center with side fins is the largest change RYFT offers at the back of the 992 Porsche 911 GT3 RS: a 2×2 twill carbon fiber center section for the rear bumper, finished with side fins of its own. It is also the most expensive single carbon part in the RYFT RS program, which tells you how much of the rear it covers. We see it as the anchor of a RYFT tail, to be ordered with the rear diffuser below it.

Design

Porsche based the rear diffuser of the RS on the one fitted to the 911 GT3, and gave the rear side panels openings that serve aerodynamics only. RYFT’s additions at the back of the car, a more aggressive diffuser, enlarged wing blades and a rear wheel aero disc, draw on modern GT competition cars, and the bumper center with its fins ties those pieces together in a single weave.

Features

Carbon fiber center section for the RS rear bumper
Integrated side fins
Exposed 2×2 twill weave
Sits directly above the RYFT rear diffuser

Applications

Porsche 911 GT3 RS: 992.1 | 2023-2025 | 4.0L naturally aspirated flat-six

Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock in the US, either at Bulletproof’s warehouse or at a supplier’s warehouse, are generally delivered within 7-10 days. Special order items from overseas take considerably longer. As a courtesy Bulletproof offers delivery estimates to our customers which take into consideration manufacturer availability and shipping schedule. These estimates represent our best guess based on previous orders from the manufacturer and do not in any way imply a guaranteed delivery window. Many manufacturers work in a “just in time” inventory system and often take 2-20+ weeks to produce an item once an order is submitted. All deliverable items are then sent to our Japanese warehouse. Bulletproof ships a minimum of one full ocean freight container every month from Japan, oftentimes more than one a month. Ocean freight takes an average of 4 weeks. Typically it breaks down to one week in Japan for paperwork and customs, two weeks by boat and one week in US customs/clearance. Due to the wide number of variables between manufacturer and shipping schedules, delivery estimates are simply just that – estimates. We attempt to estimate conservatively and we usually deliver faster than our estimates suggest. It is not Bulletproof’s policy to guarantee delivery time of any special order item, this is impossible for us to do. By ordering you acknowledge that there is no required delivery ETA and an order may not be canceled or altered due to manufacturing or shipping delays, all ETA’s are provided as a best guess only. BP Pricing Difference

We do pricing a little differently on our JDM brands and we believe in making things simple and clear. No hidden fees or surcharges. Every price you see includes the shipping cost to our office in Los Angeles, California and all the associated taxes/duties/fees for bringing the products into the US. The only shipping you ever pay is from our facility in the US to your location. Be wary of resellers that don’t include the cost of international shipping in their pricing on JDM parts. While we believe we’ll always have the lowest all-in price on JDM products, we offer a price match guarantee for all authentic parts purchased from authorized dealers as well. For many international customers, it’s much more affordable to ship from the USA than from Japan directly, as the air freight and ocean freight costs are typically much less. However, for customers looking to ship directly from Japan outside of North America, or domestically in Japan, we can provide pricing specifically for that scenario. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any pricing questions or concerns. Please email us at sales@bulletproofautomotive.com with any inquiries.
