Each wheel is individually crafted in a state-of-the-art facility using top-tier materials such as aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and grade 8 fasteners. The Rohana Process

• Step 1 | Designing / Engineering:
  • The design phase is fundamental in creating a forged wheel, serving as the foundation for all manufacturing processes. This stage requires precise attention to numerous factors to ensure the final product is visually appealing, functional, and safe. Each design is tailored to specific vehicle requirements, accounting for brake clearances and undergoing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure optimal performance.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • During the lathe process, cylindrical aluminum blanks are mounted on a lathe machine and rapidly spun. A precision cutting tool removes excess material, sculpting the blank into the desired wheel shape. This process is essential for achieving accurate dimensions, uniform thickness, and a polished finish, which ensures the wheel’s stability and performance.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • CNC milling employs advanced computerized technology to shape the wheel blank according to detailed design specifications. This highly precise process enables the creation of intricate geometries and complex designs. The result is a wheel with exact dimensions and a smooth surface, ready for additional finishing touches.
• Step 4 | Engraving:

• Step 5 | Finishing:

• Step 6 | Assembly & Quality Control:
