Rohana Forged

• Step 1 | Designing & Engineering:
  • The design phase is a crucial step in the creation of forged wheels, forming the foundation for every subsequent manufacturing process. This stage demands careful consideration of multiple factors to ensure the wheel is visually appealing, functional, and safe. Each design is engineered to accommodate brake clearances and undergoes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tailored to the specific vehicle.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • During the lathe operation, pre-formed cylindrical aluminum blanks are mounted onto a lathe machine and spun at high speeds. A precision cutting tool removes material, sculpting the blanks into the intended wheel design. This step is critical for achieving accurate dimensions, uniform thickness, and a polished finish, which are essential for the wheel’s stability and performance.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • The CNC milling process utilizes advanced computer algorithms to shape the wheel blank with exceptional precision. Following detailed design blueprints, this process effortlessly creates intricate geometries and complex details. • Step 4 | Engraving:
