Each wheel is custom-crafted in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility using top-grade materials like aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and grade 8 fasteners. The production process is rigorous, ensuring every wheel meets the highest quality standards. Rohana Forged

• Step 1 | Designing & Engineering:
  • The design phase is a foundational step in creating forged wheels, requiring meticulous attention to detail to ensure the final product is visually stunning, functional, and secure. Designs are carefully engineered to accommodate brake clearances and undergo Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tailored to each specific vehicle.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • During the lathe operation, pre-formed aluminum wheel blanks are mounted on a lathe machine and rapidly spun. A precision cutting tool shapes the blanks into the desired wheel design by removing excess material. This step is critical to achieving accurate dimensions, consistent thickness, and a polished finish, ensuring the wheel’s stability and performance.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • The CNC milling process employs advanced computerized algorithms to shape the wheel blank according to detailed design specifications. This highly precise method allows for the creation of intricate geometries and smooth surfaces, resulting in a wheel with exact dimensions and readiness for finishing.
• Step 4 | Engraving:
  • Engraving is the final customization step in Rohana’s forged wheel production process. Specialized tools are used to etch logos or decorative patterns onto the wheel surface, adding a distinctive and bespoke aesthetic that sets each wheel apart.
• Step 5 | Finishing:
  • After engraving, the wheel undergoes sandblasting to remove any debris, followed by powder coating and a clear coat application. This finishing process protects the wheel against corrosion and environmental factors while enhancing its durability and aesthetic appeal.
• Step 6 | Assembly & Quality Control:
  • In the assembly phase, individual wheel components, including the face, inner barrel, and outer barrel, are meticulously assembled to create a unified final product. The assembled wheel is then subjected to rigorous testing to ensure it meets stringent quality and performance standards.
