Each wheel is meticulously crafted in a state-of-the-art facility using top-quality materials such as aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum and grade 8 fasteners. The production process includes stringent quality control measures to ensure every product meets the highest standards. The Rohana Process

• Step 1 | Designing / Engineering:
  • The design phase is crucial in the creation of forged wheels, forming the foundation for all manufacturing stages. This process demands precise attention to aesthetics, functionality, and safety. Every design is carefully engineered to accommodate brake clearances and undergoes Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tailored to specific vehicle requirements.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • During lathe operations, cylindrical aluminum blanks are spun at high speeds while a cutting tool shapes the material into the desired wheel design. Precision is paramount during this step, as it ensures exact dimensions, uniform thickness, and a polished finish, which are essential for the wheel’s stability and performance.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • CNC milling utilizes advanced computerized algorithms to meticulously sculpt the wheel blank according to detailed design specifications. This high-precision process enables the creation of intricate geometries and complex details, resulting in a wheel with accurate dimensions and a smooth surface ready for finishing.
• Step 4 | Engraving:

• Step 5 | Finishing:
