The Rohana Process

• Step 1 | Designing / Engineering:
  • The design phase forms the cornerstone of the forging process, ensuring the final wheel is not only visually striking but also highly functional and safe. Each design is tailored to specific vehicle requirements, accommodating brake clearances and undergoing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to guarantee peak performance.
• Step 2 | Lathe:
  • The lathe process begins with cylindrical aluminum blanks, which are rapidly spun on a lathe machine. A precision cutting tool sculpts the blank into the desired shape, ensuring accurate dimensions, consistent thickness, and a smooth finish, all of which are vital for the wheel’s stability and performance.
• Step 3 | CNC Milling:
  • CNC milling employs advanced technology to shape the wheel blank according to intricate design specifications. This precise process enables the creation of complex geometries and intricate details, resulting in a wheel with exact dimensions and a flawless surface, ready for finishing.
• Step 4 | Engraving:
  • Engraving adds the final touch of personalization, with specialized tools etching decorative patterns or logos onto the wheel’s surface. This step provides a bespoke appearance, making each wheel unique.
• Step 5 | Finishing:
  • Once engraved, the wheel undergoes sandblasting to remove debris and is then coated with a protective powder layer and clear coat. This finishing process ensures resistance to corrosion and environmental wear while delivering a polished, long-lasting appearance.
• Step 6 | Assembly & Quality Control:
  • During assembly, components such as the outer lip, face, and inner barrel are carefully joined to form the complete wheel. Every assembled wheel is subjected to rigorous testing to meet exacting standards for quality and performance.
